Bonomeria is the brand name of our artisanal ice cream parlour. We are the Bonomi family originally from Parma, Italy who moved to Luxembourg with the ambition of bringing along the culture of true artisanal gelato, which is made fresh, every day, in our laboratory, through the careful selection of all ingredients.
At Bonomeria, tradition is enhanced through innovation and our desire to experiment with new gourmet flavours each week. Among our creations you can find exquisite ice cream cakes, pastries and semifreddos, which are the result of our work, to which we devote a great deal of attention, in order to meet the needs and desires of our customers.
The team at our artisanal ice-cream parlour will assist you in customising your orders to celebrate anniversaries or special occasions. It can also comply with dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free products), since we produce most of the bases used to make our products (sponge cake, dacquoise, biscuit dough, ladyfingers, etc., all of them with and without gluten, meringues and the various sauces and icings) in our laboratory.
